Barometer XP assembles small cohorts of practitioners to offer a synchronous learning experience. There are 3 components to our certification training:

• Live Sessions — 15 hours of play and facilitation practice alongside your cohort. Nothing can replace seeing games and debrief conversations in real-time. There will be space for everyone to test ideas and get feedback from the group.

• Play Concierge — Our platform of tools and resources, including a culture assessment and game database to help align play with learning outcomes, a Resource Library with different media supporting the power of play, as well as community outlets to connect with fellow peers and experts.   • Curriculum Modules — 5 introductory and 6 advanced content sections to review and reflect on below. Please engage with the prompts (look for the pencil icon ✏️) and Playful Pauses (look for the die icon 🎲) in whatever way is meaningful. They are designed to help you get the most out of Barometer XP.
